Annual Conference 30 Registration and Hotel Information

Please note that the online form for the GITA room block is now closed. You may call the hotels to see if room block rates are still available—please find contact information for each of the locations below. Online registration for the conference has also closed, but on-site registration will open on Saturday, March 3, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. Housing Guidelines

To take advantage of GITA's special Annual Conference rates, book your reservation by February 12, 2007. GITA cannot guarantee rates and availability at the convention hotels after February 12, 2007. After this date, the official GITA room blocks will be released and the hotels may charge significantly higher rates. Reservation requests must be sent directly to the GITA Housing Bureau through February 12, 2007. Do not send the housing form to GITA headquarters or individual conference hotels; it will delay processing your request.

• Room reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card or check deposit. No cash, or money orders accepted.

Hospitality Suites
All suite requests must be approved by GITA. Contact the GITA Housing Bureau at sahousing@sanantoniovisit.com or fax your request to 210-207-6702.
