Registration and Hotel Information

Step 1: Reserve Your Hotel Room

All guestroom arrangements must be made directly through the Marriott Westchase Hotel in Houston, Texas. The hotel cut-off date is August 29, 2008. After this date conference rates may not apply.  GITA is pleased to offer the following discounted room rates for conference attendees

Single/Double Occupancy  $164, plus 17% tax. To make your reservation, you may either phone the hotel directly at (713) 978-7400 or (800) 228-9290 and ask for Reservations, or fax your request to (713) 735-2727.  Attn:  Group Coordinator.

Please note that if you are unable to attend the conference after you have guaranteed your reservation, the reservation must be cancelled prior to 6:00 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. If you do not cancel the reservation, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay or your deposit will be retained by the hotel as a no-show fee.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 administrative fee will be charged for any cancellation or substitution received on or before September 12, 2008. Cancellations received after September 12, 2008, but before September 18, 2008, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 18, 2008, are nonrefundable.
