Abstract Format

Speaker Information: List the names of presenter and copresenters, organization, and complete address,
including phone, fax, and e-mail.
Please note that only presenters and copresenters listed on the abstract form may present at the
conference. Unfortunately, substitutions cannot be made, so be sure to list all copresenters.

Presentation Information: List the title of the abstract (7-word limit), and be sure to indicate the
audience for which your presentation is most appropriate:

● 1. Managers
● 2. Developers
● 3. End Users

Next, please indicate which subject matter topic(s) your paper will address. Then, please write three concise learning objectives for your presentation, focusing on what the participant will gain from your presentation. Please keep each objective to 10 words or less. Then, write two clear, concise descriptions of the presentation. The 200-word description is for the committee to review and rate. If your abstract is
accepted, the 75-word description will be included in the conference program. Finally, fill out the agreement/publication permission form.It is your responsibility to confirm that your abstract was received, so please give us a call to make sure we received it.

All lead presenters will receive a complimentary full conference registration! Please assist us in providing quality, unbiased education by adhering to our philosophy that all presentations be non-commercial. Speakers whose abstracts are accepted will be asked to submit their papers and PowerPoint presentations for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. Detailed written paper submission requirements and presentation
guidelines will be sent following abstract acceptance. The Conference Committee will review all papers and speakers may be asked to edit their papers as needed.

Paper Editing
The Conference Committee will review all papers and speakers may be asked to edit their papers as needed. Edited papers must be returned to GITA by July 31, 2008, for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings.
