Chapters can choose any of these seminars that are presented at the Geospatial Infrastructure Solutions Conference. We will provide you with the required amount of seminar manuals. We can also contact the speakers to see if they are available to lead the seminar (chapter would pay airfare). If the presenters aren't available or the chapter cannot cover the cost, you might be able to find someone local who is qualified to lead the seminar. GITA will charge the chapter a $10 fee for each seminar manual needed. The association requires chapters to charge a minimum of $30 (USD) for local seminar registration. Chapters can charge any price beyond $30; however, the fee should not exceed the $125 (USD) per person fee charged at the annual conference.
Please allow three months lead time to coordinate seminar programs.
GITA seminars are strictly limited to association conferences and chapter events. The programs should not be presented under other circumstances without GITA consent.
