The GITA Awards Program

A hallmark of the Geospatial Information & Technology Association (GITA) has been the stewardship and leadership afforded by its members who have unselfishly shared their experiences, actively filled the mentor role, and pushed the technology to ever higher levels of feature richness and functionality. In recognition of these extraordinary efforts and successes, GITA presents, through a competitive nomination process, a number of awards in various industry segments. The awards recognize the many special achievements of individuals and organizations that have made contributions to GITA and the geospatial industry as a whole.
